This App is to help promote a festival which takes place in Preston every 20 years. The Preston Guild celebrates the Citys history, heritage, communities and connections with the rest of the World.
Traditionally, scrolls have been taken around the world, and individuals invited to add goodwill messages before the scrolls are returned to Preston in time for the festival.
